Here is a listing of the Youth Awards in Atlantia. We would love to ensure that we are providing the information offered throughout the Kingdom of Atlantia. If you see an award missing that your local group offers, please contact the Kingdom Chancellor of Youth Activities and we will have it updated on the page as soon as possible.

Kingdom Youth Awards

To recommend a deserving candidate for these awards, use the Online Award Recommendation System, or write to the King and Queen.

  • The Award of the Sea Urchin honors and recognizes those young people (up to and including the age of 17) who have distinguished themselves by their contributions to the Kingdom of Atlantia in service, martial activities, and/or arts and sciences.
  • The Order of the Hippocampus honors and recognizes youths, whose service and contributions to the Kingdom of Atlantia have distinguished themselves in the eyes of the Crown and Kingdom.
  • The Order of the Sea Tyger honors and recognizes those young people (up to and including the age of 17) who have distinguished themselves by acts of valor and chivalry in martial activities.
  • The Order of the Alcyon honors and recognizes youths who have distinguished themselves by their labors and achievements in the arts and sciences.
  • Children are given the Award of Arielle for acts of courtesy.

Baronial Youth Awards

Recommendations for baronial awards should be sent directly to the group’s baron and/or baroness.

Black Diamond

The Order of the Crested Hatchling recognizes excellence in children.

Bright Hills

Children are the future of the world and those who show willingness to learn and grow, to make the world, Kingdom, and Barony a brighter place do so receive the Order of the Silver Oak Leaf.

Caer Maer

The Order of the Cornerstone is awarded by the Baronage of Caer Mear, either jointly or separately, to youth who have distinguished themselves by their contributions to the Barony.

Hawkwood

The Award of the Eyas of Hawkwood and the Award of the Fledglings.

Marinus

The Award of the Sandpiper is intended to reward the works of children under the age of 16. It is awarded for exemplary service to the Barony.

The Award of the Sea Fan is intended to reward the works of children under the age of sixteen. It is awarded for exemplary work in the Arts and Sciences.

Nottinghill Coill

The Order of the Coill’s Bells is given to children 16 years of age and under who have distinguished themselves by their contributions to the Barony.

Sacred Stone

The Award of the Feather of the Phoenix recognizes the special contributions made by the Barony’s children.

The Award of the Phoenix’s Onyx recognizes outstanding performance on the field in any form of Youth Marshal Activity, current and future.

The Award of the Phoenix's Peridot is given to recognize special contributions made by youth ages 11 to 17.

Stierbach

The Award of the Bull and the Crescent is given to those children of the barony who have distinguished themselves far and above the ordinary in service to the barony.

Storvik

The Order of the Faering is composed of those gentles who, as children, have enhanced the Barony.

Windmasters' Hill

The Order of St. Nicholas honors and recognizes service by children of the Barony, or to adults who have served the Barony’s children.
